MAINTENANCE ISSUES: Repair and maintenance requests must be in writing. Requests are handled during normal business hours and the Lease allows us 14 days to respond to non-emergency situations. We do strive to respond as quickly as possible, based on the severity of the problem and the availability of independent contractors approved by the property owner.
